The T&D department has signed a framework agreement with TenneT. As part of the work considered within this framework agreement, TenneT has reported its intention to sign 3 new projects with Acciona. (and many others to come)
The incorporation of a Planner/project Controller is required from October 2025.
The location will be in the headquarters of Duiven or Madrid, with regular visits to site.

DescripcióN Del Puesto

Mission:

Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department, in keeping with the instructions given by his/her supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to him/her to meet the project’s needs.
They are responsible for the design phase for the museums and exhibitions. The duties include: drafting, design and technical development.

Functions:

• The Construction Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
• • Knows the Project scope, ensuring key milestones are included in the programme
• • Develops the programme and associated reports in accordance with Contract requirements
• • Calculates project progress, periodically updating the programme as required
• • Knows and understands the manufacturing programs of key suppliers and Subcontractors
• • Reports on the status of the Project to the Purchaser, Contract Manager and relevant discipline leads
• • Produces relevant reports as per Contract requirements
• • Reports on any project delays.
• • Carries out acceleration plans when necessary
• • Analyses the critical path, programme deviations and improvements
• • Conducts Earned Value Management
• • Monitors Subcontractor performance and progress against Contract requirements
• • Report on earned value and forecast cost at completion and as required by the Project Director.
• • Constantly identify risk and opportunity for the wider project in relation to area of control;
• • Manage the development and approval of all project programs and plans and other requirements in accordance with commercial;
• • Monitors the financial performance of all elements of the program and progress;
• Develop cost schedule to forecast estimated cost of completion;
• Works with the Senior Managers to ensure Commercial compliance of the Project.

Requisitos Del Candidato

Academic Background

• Technical or Higher Engineering degree.

Languages and Required Level

• High level of Spanish.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of Dutch will be an asset

Additional Knowledge

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Planner/Project Controller in EPC transmission & distribution projects at an international level is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera and MS Project is required; other knowledge will be valued.
• Ability to adapt to change and availability to reside in the Netherlands is required.
• Ability and experience in executing works with own resources will be valued.
