Position Overview

JLL's Queensland research team is seeking an experienced research professional to lead market analysis and client service delivery across Queensland markets. This role combines strategic research leadership with hands-on market analysis to drive industry-leading insights for our clients.
 

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Deliverables

• Oversee quarterly REIS and APAC deliverables, ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting standards
• Lead client presentations and proactively enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with research analysts to meet team deadlines and ensure report finalisation
• Build client awareness of JLL Research capabilities and demonstrate core company values

Market Leadership & Thought Leadership

• Author thought leadership reports for allocated markets
• Support investment propositions and ad-hoc research papers across business lines

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify and implement REIS data collection process improvements
• Participate in collaborative working groups focused on product enhancement and IT initiatives
• Utilise AI and JLL tools to boost research efficiency across Queensland operations

Professional Development & Relationships

• Build proactive relationships across the business to ensure information flow
• Attend industry conferences and develop mentoring networks for career advancement

Requirements

• Strong analytical and research skills with real estate industry experience
• Proven client presentation and relationship management capabilities
• Experience with data collection, quality control, and report writing
• Collaborative approach to team-based project delivery
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

This Brisbane-based role offers the opportunity to lead Queensland's research function while contributing to JLL's national research excellence.
