Key responsibilities

• Assisting on leading complex multi-jurisdictional cross-border M&A transactions
• Coordinating the various groups working on a project and ensuring that they are all on schedule, understanding and disseminating transactional information
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Working with local counsels in various jurisdictions
• Drafting and reviewing legal and technical documentation

The skills and attributes we are looking for

• Admission in the US preferred but may consider common law jurisdictions (e.g. England & Wales)
• 4-7 years post qualification experience with a top tier international law firm
• Fluent English and Korean language skills are required
• Experience in M&A/Corporate transactions
• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker
• Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple deals.
• Client service focus and commercial awareness
• Team player
• Proactive and a self-starter
• Strong judgment
