PM Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a single instance of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub to support business goals. 

● Serve as a subject matter expert on data within HubSpot systems, ensuring exceptional data hygiene and quality. 

● Develop and deploy system workflows and reports as needed to support revenue teams.

 ● Collaborate with operational and analytics teams to champion revenue leaders' needs and business goals.

 ● Maintain and implement integrations between HubSpot and third party tools, as needed (example: Referral Factory, Eventbrite, etc) 

● Provide Level 2 (L2) helpdesk support and insight mining for HubSpot-related issues. 

● Maintain data quality through activities like data cleaning and deduplication. 

Skills

● Systems administration proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot Sales Hub.

 ● Expertise in maintaining data quality, including data cleaning, deduplication, and normalization. 

● Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms. 

● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. 

● Excellent written presentation skills.

 ● Strong analytical skills to identify trends and extract insights to improve processes. 

● Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub is a plus.
