What does Expert Commercial Settlement do?

Key Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate with internal team for billing recon & issues raised by customer.
• Coordinate with finance / operators in proceeding credit notes & posting as well.
• Coordinate to reconcile the statement of Accounts with internal team & customer on adhoc basis.
• Ensure monthly billing to all operators / partners. 
• Coordinate with finance team / operators for providing W.H.T challans to operators.
• Follow up with finance team / operators for Sales Tax related issues.
• Get monthly W.H.T CPR from aggregators for posting.
• Follow up with business partners for the due, overdue amount within defined DSO days
• Prepare receipt detail to reconcile the receipt posting with finance team.
• Forward the receipt to finance team for maturity and timely posting in financial system.
• Prepare receipt detail to reconcile the receipt posting with BSD -OPS team.

Key Deliverables:

• Focus on the collection and ensure that receivables targets are achieved
• Ledger & billing reconciliation with all partners.
• Ensure timely billing to all operators within due time.
• Credit Notes are timely posted in coordination with finance.  
• Monthly reporting & analysis.

• B.Com/MBA /ACCA with 5-6 years of experience in finance or taxation
