Digital Content Specialist/ Content Creator

Working Hours: 32 hours per week | Monday to Thursday (availability required after 10 AM daily)

Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our marketing team in a long-term capacity. This role is responsible for developing high-quality static and video content while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a strong eye for design and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce engaging visual content across multiple platforms, including static graphics and video.
  • Create and maintain templated content for recurring communications (e.g., birthdays, events, announcements).
  • Craft compelling visual narratives that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from concept through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content meets brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital content trends and best practices.
  • Produce promotional videos that effectively communicate brand story and values.
  • Perform regular updates and maintenance of website content.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate tasks using project management tools (Nifty and Notion).

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Team GPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and production.
  • Understanding of digital content optimisation across various platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Workspace tools.




Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Social Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Content Creator or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in both static and video content.
  • Excellent design skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories through visual media.
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across projects.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with current social media and content creation trends.
  • Experience with motion graphics.
  • Background in the Learning and Development industry.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and content performance metrics.
  • Experience producing content for corporate or B2B audiences.
