We are Flik Helsinki, an Event Agency specializing in hybrid & virtual event production, and part of the First North listed Inderes Group. For over 20 years, we have created interactive and visually impactful events for our clients, primarily consisting of Nordic listed companies. We support their investor communication needs and increasingly handle other types of events as well. At the core of our development are the virtualization of traditional broadcast techniques and our in-house, market-leading virtual event platform, VideoSync. We have offices in Helsinki and Stockholm.

The Role
We are looking for a freelance/part-time Front-end Web Developer to strengthen our Design Team's during rush-seasons and longer absences, with implementing the designs on our Platform VideoSync. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and developers to make customer brands come alive on VideoSync’s different pages.

Your work will focus on:

• Designing and developing VideoSync viewing pages based on customer and internal team needs
• Translating sketches and visual concepts into functional web pages
• Adapting and improving previously developed pages when needed
• You don’t need to be an expert in our specific web technologies to start – curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Skills & Tools

Experience with these is a must:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of frameworks (e.g. React)
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
• A visual eye for design and the ability to bring brand identities into digital experience

Almost all our 2000 yearly events are streamed on our own Videosync-platform, and you have both the Videosync developers and one Dev-colleague to help you out on your path. Our Videosync Platform has its speciality's, quirks and predetermined functions, so an ability to understand what happens under the hood is a plus.
