We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions to help organizations streamline financial processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective EPM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation modules.
    • Customize applications, business rules, and calculation scripts to meet organizational needs.
  • Solution Development:
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable financial insights.
    • Automate manual financial processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ensure system configurations align with finance and business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Partner with business users to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • System Support & Optimization:
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in Oracle EPM applications.
    • Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system stability and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance, controls, and security standards.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • Prepare system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote adoption of EPM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Core Expertise:
    • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Enterprise Data Management).
    • Knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Experience in creating data integrations between EPM and ERP/other systems.
    • Strong understanding of business rules, calculation scripts, forms, metadata, and security setup.
    • Proficiency in Smart View, Reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Business & Functional Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
    • Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience:
    • 4–7 years of proven experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support.
    • Prior involvement in at least one end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation preferred.
