We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as an All Things GTM Specialist. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Support the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches, feature rollouts, and campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of GTM initiatives.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, market trend evaluations, and customer insights research to inform GTM strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Assist in creating sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to empower sales teams with the right narratives, positioning, and tools.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement demand-generation campaigns that align with GTM goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Support efforts to enhance customer experience by aligning GTM activities with customer needs and feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • GTM Expertise: Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, frameworks, and execution best practices.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, compelling messaging and articulate GTM strategies.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring on-time project completion.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to GTM challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • Experience working in startups, SaaS, or product-driven environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
