We are seeking an AI Product Lead to shape the future of customer engagement through AI-driven solutions. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can define product vision, work closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor product managers as the organization scales.

What You’Ll Do

• Define and drive the product strategy for AI-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Take a hands-on approach: draft PRDs, deep-dive into technical and functional details, and oversee flawless execution.
• Partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
• Mentor and support product managers, enabling them to grow and deliver at scale.

What We’Re Looking For

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in shipping and scaling impactful products.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring product teams (preferred).
• Strong curiosity and passion for Generative AI; prior experience building with AI tools or platforms is a plus.
