The SEA Integrated Marketing (IMC) team designs and delivers integrated marketing, communications, and campaign strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across Southeast Asia. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. From launching sales-boosting mega campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) to managing Brand IP Campaigns (e.g., Super Brand Day, New Arrival Day, Super Brand Festival) and optimizing user journeys, our team plays a pivotal role in TikTok Shop’s success in the region.
Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Brand IP Campaign Specialist, you will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Brand IP marketing campaigns in Vietnam. You will collaborate across multiple stakeholders to drive campaign impact, leverage data to inform decisions, and contribute to raising operational excellence within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute Brand IP marketing campaigns from end-to-end.
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, across local teams (eg: Category Management, Creator Management, User Growth) and regional teams (eg: IMC, Product) to align direction and co-develop high-performing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and projections against GMV and order targets; translate insights into actionable plans, contingency playbooks, and optimization recommendations, including innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations to maximize impact.
- Support the Line Manager in coaching and upskilling team members, raising the team’s standards in data storytelling, judgment, and operational excellence.
- Monitor trends in social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
