MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for EU merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Seller Content Growth Manager to accelerate content penetration and content diligence across our seller ecosystem. This role is critical in helping sellers unlock growth opportunities through effective content strategies, tailored initiatives, and scalable engagement programs. You will be responsible for identifying seller segments and blockers, designing targeted solutions, and ensuring sellers adopt best practices that drive long-term success.

Working cross-functionally with education, operations, and community teams, you will ensure that sellers receive the right support, knowledge, and motivation to continuously improve. This is a unique opportunity to shape seller growth at scale while creating meaningful impact for our platform and ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Seller Analysis & Segmentation: Identify seller segments, challenges, and adoption barriers using data-driven insights. Segment sellers by tier or problem type and design tailored solutions for each group.
- Program Development & Execution: Design and execute initiatives that increase seller content penetration and diligence. Develop frameworks to monitor and measure program success, ensuring continuous optimisation. Collaborate with education teams to create sustainable training and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
- Growth Monitoring & Reporting: Track seller performance and engagement metrics to assess content impact. Report insights and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Seller Engagement & Outreach: Develop outreach strategies that drive high seller engagement with growth programs. Act as the bridge between sellers and internal teams, surfacing seller feedback to improve solutions. Foster a community-driven environment where sellers feel supported and motivated.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal stakeholders across product, operations, and mass account managers. Ensure alignment and scalability of programs that enhance seller experience and growth.
