About the team:
Our Advertiser Enablement team is the gateway between Creative Product and the EUI market, including both GBS and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative is a lever for TikTok growth, and that our products are adopted across our largest activations.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply TikTok’s Creative Product Suite (TikTok One, Symphony, etc.) to support project execution and provide input on creative recommendations.
- Cultivate relationships within TikTok’s creative ecosystem, educating partners and clients on best practices.
- Frame creative input as a growth catalyst in marketing activations.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, adoption rates, and customer retention.
- Manage financial processes, including invoice processing and payments to creative partners.
