Salary:  £70,000 full time equivalent (prorated for 3 days per week) plus membership of either TPS or LGPS and a wide range of fantastic benefits

• Reports to: Vice-Principal Curriculum

Wigan & Leigh College has been chosen by the Department for Education (DfE) to lead one of only ten Construction Technical Excellence Colleges (CTECs) in the country and the only one for the North-West. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape how our region develops the skills and workforce needed for housing, infrastructure, and growth.

• Lead the creation and delivery of the North-West CTEC, turning vision into action.
• Build powerful partnerships with colleges, employers, training providers, and civic leaders.
• Champion the CTEC brand, representing the region at national level.
• Drive investment, innovation, and quality in construction training.
• Inspire learners and employers, shaping a skilled workforce for the future.
