Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our team as a:

Robotic Technician

Key Responsibilities

• designing and continuously improving production process based on product technical specifications and quality requirements, making process trials and revising relevant process documents
• establishing robot painting applications according to product quality, and adjusting them timely based on product quality issues
• monitoring product quality, handling timely quality abnormalities and making relevant reports;
• performing daily process inspection and tendering guidance on technology;
• Organizing daily training of painting process, controlling and improving quality
• Perform equipment maintenance per manufacturers specifications
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications, Experience and Skills We're Looking For

• High school diploma / GED or above
• 3+ years working experience in painting process and automotive industry
• Familiar with quality system standards of BMW automobile exteriors with ability to program ABB robot painting independently (solvent and water-based paint), with some hand spray skills
• Must be able to understand electrostatic paint process, through the use of bells and guns.
• Able to work overtime as needed
