Country System Engineering Manager NSW / VIC / QLD

Oversee engineering activities within Australia.

Coordinate System Technical Team to deliver services (quotations, orders) ensuring respect of Service Levels set by Corporate.

Make sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards are met while keeping track of the progress.

Monitor production activities to ensure guidelines are maintained.

Be conversant with all Epta technical equipment

Provide technical direction for the system development and design.

Provide technical guidelines for the system selection during the quotation process.

Assist suppliers with Epta product selection, its application and design.

Liaise with clients on Epta technical equipment best suited to their application

Interact with local Trade marketing for product development

Technically support the sales team, both remotely and face to face

Oversee commissioning of plants with key clients, on site or remotely

Ability to assist with technical support on Epta products remotely.

Be able to travel nationally as required.

Location East coast Australia

Requirements

• Extensive experience (typically 5+ years post qualification) in engineering management roles, including leadership positions overseeing technical teams and infrastructure.
• Extensive R744 design and commissioning experience within the commercial refrigeration realm.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of refrigeration engineering trade qualification.
