Global Transaction Services Officer

To provide support to the Unit Head, Trade & Global Transaction Banking towards the execution of activities surrounding the customers’ ecosystem; Distributors Management, Supply chain Management, Tax/Non-Tax, and other collections in the most effective manner in line with the bank's overall strategy also to provide operational and technical support for the Unit as well as Global Transaction Services business teams.

Key Duties

• Develop and prepare product papers for GTS business.
• Develop and prepare approval Memos for GTS business.
• Prepare reports and presentation for the Unit.
• Develop and support the implementation of initiatives to grow GTS business.
• Support the performance in the Unit to ensure the set target for Collection Volumes are met.
• Develop and implement strategies and framework for Distributor, Supply Chain Management and Government collection.
• Provide technical support (MIS, credit, analytics, etc.) for driving GTS.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Unit Head and Management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transaction banking or related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
