Technical Program Manager, Geo Data Ops

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs.
• Experience in technical program management, change management, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Experience in technical program management, change management, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience collaborating and working with global teams along with excellent problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with global Program Management team to develop and deliver AI Automation projects from conception to implementation, manage the relationships across Engineering and Operations.
• Develop processes and systems to ensure AI workflow adoption and re-engineering.
• Create Operational and Product requirement documents that solve challenges through AI and Agents.
• Manage resolution of project related technical issues and engage with Engineering to determine root cause and solution.
• Experiment with AI self service automation technologies (ADK, AI Studio etc) to solve operational challenges.
