We are looking for a Electrical Coordinator!

💰 Salary:  £25,000.00 annually 

📍 Location: Pheonix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ

🕰 Hours of work:  (37.5) hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries and schedule appointments to ensure smooth project coordination
• Create detailed scopes of work for installers to support efficient execution
• Plan and coordinate logistics to keep projects on track and on time
• Maintain strong organisational systems and workflows across the department
• Communicate confidently with installers to relay project requirements and updates

Required Skill Set:

• A people person with great communication skills
• Confident in using several systems databases at the same time
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure
• Experience in admin/coordination role (bonus!)
