(Senior) UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

We support our customers in making buildings more climate-friendly, more comfortable and more affordable -- with connected real estate, simple products and high processing and service quality. We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex's Enterprise-IoT-Suite and customer services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position 

• competition observation and customer analysis 
• developing personas and usage scenarios 
• creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flow 
• conducting user tests and usability testing 
• analyzing user feedback and iterating to enhance the user experience 
• work closely with front-end developers to implement the design ideas 

● excellent understanding of product specifications and user psychology 

● design thinking and user centered approach to help develop our software in a modern way 

• ● think with passion in terms such as user design cycle, wireframes and user testing 
• ● user experience and software development flow into one another for you 
• ● knowledge of FigmaBenefits are following skills and interests:
