Main Activities And Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase market penetration, and maximize profitability in his country/ region
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective practices in line with corporate policies and standards
- Ensure the company adheres to all relevant local regulations and industry standards. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering an environment of high performance and accountability. Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth through targeted client acquisition strategies and effective marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and reputation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy and identify opportunities for growth
- Any other duties and responsibilities the Company might request, relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance/ Economics, or a related field.
(MBA will considered an advantage)
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role
- Deep understanding of the financial markets, regulatory environment, and local market dynamics
- Proven track record in strategic planning, sales leadership, and operations management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive operational excellence
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments

- Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
