Position Overview

The Data Processing Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the firm’s lead intake and email marketing processes. This role ensures all leads are accurately validated, entered into the correct email cadences, and that data quality remains high across platforms. Additionally, the role oversees the execution of new email drip campaigns and maintains the SMB database to support business development and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Validation: Perform day-to-day lead validation to ensure accuracy and quality in the lead intake process.
• Email Cadence Management: Ensure all leads are properly entered into the appropriate email cadences, identifying and troubleshooting issues when they arise.
• SMB Database Oversight: Manage the SMB database, ensuring all data remains current, accurate, and organized for marketing and reporting needs.
• Project Management – Email Drip Campaigns: Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new email drip campaigns to support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Process Efficiency: Oversee daily lead validation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall data integrity.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot) preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities
