Manager, Auto Claims, Client relations center (CRC) Ontario, Atlantic and Western (OAW) regions

Are you a performance-driven leader with a passion for people, results, and customer experience? We’re looking for a Manager, Auto Claims to oversee a dynamic team within our Client Relations Center, OAW. This is a second-line leadership role focused on operational excellence, team performance, and independent decision-making. You will oversee a team of Section Managers, each leading a multidisciplinary pod of Claims Specialists, Claims Advisors, and Appraisers. These teams are people-facing, interacting directly with members and clients, making your leadership critical to ensuring service excellence and professionalism. Your role demands a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations, along with an analytical mindset, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership style. You must be comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a smaller region with a broader operational scope, making a meaningful impact on our claims performance and client experience. What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including four years of management experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Property and Casualty Insurance experience
• Experience leading high-performing teams and manage complex operations
• Intermediate knowledge of Auto Claims
• Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
• Available for minimal travel in the Ontario region
