Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Treasury Manager /f/m/x) to support our growing treasury team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to develop expertise in cash management, investments, liquidity planning, and financial risk management within a fast-paced, international environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with daily cash positioning, payments and short-term liquidity planning 
• Support the administration of financing facilities, including bank guarantees and working capital programs 
• Monitor bank accounts, ensure proper controls, and assist with KYC and account openings/closures 
• Reconcile intercompany balances and maintain accurate treasury records in TMS systems 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Controlling, Legal, Portfolio Management and Operations teams 
• Contribute to treasury reporting and participate in process improvements or automation initiatives 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking (internships included) 
• Solid understanding of cash management and basic financial instruments 
• Strong Excel skills. Experience with ERP/TMS systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, D365) is a strong plus 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team 
• Fluent in English
