The National Accounts & Service Integration Manager will be responsible for Coverdale’s engagement of internal and external clients to promote quality service delivery, as well as new and expanded service product opportunities. This role will also support the strategic initiative of Coverdale Clinics in alignment with BioScript Solutions’ mission and goals.

Your Mission:
Key Account Management
- Act as national key account manager for all Coverdale pharma, institutional, and industry partners
- Lead quarterly or bi-annual business reviews with partners
- Monitor account performance nationally to provide insights to partners and internal teams
- Complete annual account profitability assessments to inform the annual budgeting process
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Drive new growth opportunities aligned with therapeutic focus and long-term strategic goals
- Create strategies for existing partners to drive organic growth and expand partnerships
- Increase market share by optimizing pharmacy and clinic of choice, while diversifying the portfolio
Partnership Development & Client Engagement
- Lead capabilities presentations with existing and prospective Coverdale clients
- Support RFPs and proposal development as required
- Oversee new service launches in collaboration with partners and internal operations and clinic teams
Contract & Service Oversight
- Lead new contract reviews and proactively manage contract renewal cycles
- Negotiate pricing and service levels to ensure mutual value
- Monitor internal service level compliance against contractual obligations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support PSP, business development, and commercial teams with service integration into Coverdale Clinic Operations
- Contribute to internal PSP QBRs and strategic planning initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a Healthcare Professional (HCP) designation
- Master of Business Administration preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical, health services, or specialty pharmacy
- At least 3 years in account management or business development
- Direct experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP) on the pharma or vendor side
- Proven experience managing healthcare contracts
Skills:
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Skilled in presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva)
- Strong strategic thinking and client-centric problem solving
- Deep understanding of Canadian pharmaceutical approval processes, IMC code, and
- provincial pharmacy and nursing regulations
- Knowledge of neurology, immunology, rare disease, or oncology is an asset
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong influencing skills
- Curious and forward-thinking about healthcare trends
- English proficiency is required
- Bilingualism (French and English) an asset

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
