Job Overview 综述

The Document Control specialist will be responsible for document management at Nanjing site to maintain the robust document system in place and leverage the new technologies to ensure the quality and integrity of the documents.

Responsibilities 职责

• Develop and maintain document management program to provide reliable and consistent documents for flawless    manufacturing operation.
• Maintain smooth operation of document control centers for registering, archiving and distributing.     
• Cooperate with CAPEX/Reliability/Asset Team to lean into project workflows and drive standardization management of documentation.
• Maintain Intellectual Property protections with IT securities at site and lead engagement activities (training, communication, etc.) to enhance IP culture promotion.  
• Interface with IT to maintain site portal and grant authorizations of IT security controls(USB, printers, mail etc.).
• Act as primary contact for Badge system to maintain the system reliability.
• Provide problem solving to basic digital application optimization and network with global digitalization service team to drive and coordinate site digitalization affairs for long-term transformation to match end user demand.
• Gate-keep user access management of applications and facilitate digital system to improve documentation quality.

Qualifications 要求

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in chemical engineering or similar;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as document control of manufacturing plant;Petrochemical, energy, chemical, construction, or EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) industries;Or participated in document control work for large engineering projects (such as Petrochemical, chemical plant, LNG, oil and gas pipeline projects, etc.);
• Knowledge of manufacturing  document system and SH3503/ISO 9001/API/ASME;
• Experience of Digitalization facilitation and promotion;
• Good communication skill, IP awareness and open mindset;
• Good at English, both written and oral;
