We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Austin. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all inquiries, concerns, and service needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. This role requires a high level of communication, problem-solving, and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining our service offerings
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are resolved in a timely manner
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and property showings
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
  • Prepare and process client service documents and agreements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in client services, customer support, or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
