We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that support the company’s branding and business development goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in coordinating events from conception through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, including open houses, community meetups, corporate functions, and client appreciation gatherings
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event logistics
  • Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules
  • Handle event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with company objectives
  • Monitor event outcomes and prepare post-event reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as events require
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
