Position Description:

As a Deployment Specialist within the Product Enablement team at PAR, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success through strategic communication, enablement, and rollout of new product features. This role blends technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to ensure our clients are empowered to maximize the value of PAR’s solutions.

You will lead go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring that enablement materials and self-serve platforms are aligned with launch goals, messaging, and customer needs. Your ability to analyze chat and support interaction data will help uncover trends and gaps, enabling you to translate insights into impactful learning, content, and knowledge base improvements.

In this role, you will also manage the evolution of self-serve platforms by evaluating usage patterns and recommending enhancements that improve user experience and proactive engagement. You’ll collaborate across departments to align product features, rollout plans, and support needs, while maintaining high standards of communication and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management and a deep understanding of PAR products, or the like, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. You should be comfortable working in a multi-channel environment and be passionate about helping clients succeed through thoughtful deployment and enablement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant technology industry.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

· Ability to self-train and stay current with technology and security trends in restaurant and retail.

· Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile technical environment with a growing customer base

Additional skills:

· Background in restaurant management and deep knowledge of PAR products or the like.

· Familiarity with relevant computer applications in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences across diverse teams.

· Excellent presentation, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to build trust-based relationships quickly and collaborate cross-functionally.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules independently.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

· Own and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure enablement materials and self-serve platforms support launch goals, messaging, and customer success.

· Leverage chat and support interaction data to uncover enablement gaps and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert insights into impactful content, training, and knowledge base improvements.

· Drive continuous improvement of self-serve platforms by analyzing usage patterns, user feedback, and performance metrics. Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and proactive engagement.

· Partner with Operations, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product features, rollout plans, and support needs.

· Provide regular communication to current customers highlighting product enhancements and collaborate with Marketing to showcase features to prospective clients.

· Understand client environments and workflows to identify how PAR OPS features can improve productivity and meet business needs.

· Ensure new features meet PAR OPS standards to retain users and build loyalty.

· Manage end-to-end rollout of new features, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards upheld.

· Establish and enforce communication standards, style guides, and best practices to improve content quality and consistency.

· Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into communications and enablement strategies.

· Work effectively across phone, email, and video conferencing in a multi-channel communication environment.
