Responsabilities:
- Achieve budgeted sales goals for the assigned teams.
- Drive self-generated, outbound business.
- Create a customer-oriented, high-performance sales culture through an appropriate combination of technology, teamwork, and process.
- Oversee and actively manage sales activities and key performance metrics daily.
- Develop and execute a vertical-focused sales plan, depending on delivering monthly revenue targets.
- Actively manage and drive funnel growth and provide reliable forecasts to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Lead and provide tools to the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, fostering the achievement of departmental results through their teams.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and amplification strategy aligned with Culligan’s Brand Purpose to drive business objectives.
- Implement impactful marketing strategies that increase brand penetration, improve customer lifetime value, and build long-term brand loyalty.
- Lead omnichannel marketing and brand strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital channels to effectively scale Culligan’s growth efforts and drive high-penetration.
- Leverage market, brand, and competitive insights to inform business decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Align global campaigns with regional/local marketing needs to ensure effective localization and customization.
- Lead digital marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing loyalty strategies to maximize lifetime value.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales, inside sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, dealers, and stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and execution.
Minimum Role Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
- Proven success in managing regional or national sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to improve year-over-year results.
- Ability to work independently and build high-performing teams.
- Proficient in sales and marketing analytics, with proficiency in Salesforce.com highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of sales and marketing trends and technologies.
- A great attitude; outgoing and approachable personality.
