Do you want to be at the intersection of Identity & Access Management and software engineering? We are looking for someone who not only masters IAM solutions in complex environments, but also thinks like a developer by building automations, integrations and scalable solutions for the future of our IAM ecosystem. Important to know: we are in a transition phase. Many IAM processes are still manual today. What will I be doing?
- Act in the implementation and administration of Identity and Access Management solutions
- Integrate different internal systems into the IAM solutions
- Configure conditional access rules
- Implement function segregation rules
- Configure access certification flows and other access management controls
- Support current manual IAM operations while helping design their automation journey
- Develop Python scripts, tools, and integrations to progressively automate IAM processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, reporting, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to evolve from manual processes into scalable and automated IAM solutions
- Design and implement connectors and automations for hundreds of SaaS applications in addition to multi-cloud environments
What skills do I need?
- Strong background in Access Management in critical environments
- Experience with user access management in a multi-cloud environment
- Hands-on experience with IAM in large SaaS ecosystems (hundreds of tools, diverse integrations, custom connectors)
- Advanced knowledge in Identity Management flows and processes
- Familiarity with the administration and implementation of any of the IAM solutions (EntraID, Sailpoint, Okta, Forgerock, RSA or others)
- Know-how of EntraID and how integrations with it work
- Understanding of connectors configuration, protocols (SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.), approval flows, reports and other activities that are part of the IAM process - Knowledge in SOD and RBAC methodology
- Strong Python development skills, with experience building automation, scripts, and APIs - Understanding of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, containers) and cloud-native environments
- Knowledge of security best practices in Python development, including secrets management and secure coding
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible or similar) is a plus
- Great interpersonal skills, both oral and written communication, negotiation with internal suppliers and customers, critical and analytical sense and time management
- Desire to achieve team success and ability to mentor colleagues
