UI / Brand Designer (Dribbble & Behance focus)

About the role

We are looking for a Dribbble Designer who will help us create visually captivating concepts for websites, web applications, mobile interfaces, and branding. This role is part of our marketing team, and your work will represent the face of the company on Dribbble, Pinterest, Behance, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing interface concepts (design for websites, mobile apps, SaaS, AI solutions, etc.)
• Creating branded visuals: logos, stylistic banners, graphic styles
• Contributing to content strategy on Dribbble, Behance, and Pinterest
• Adapting design for lead generation goals and contributing to case studies

Requirements

• Proficiency In Figma

• Ability to create eye-catching portfolio concepts
• Experience in interface and brand design (1+ year)
• Motion design skills — Jitter, After Effects, or similar
• Understanding of marketing in design: how to create visuals that sell
• Involvement in the company’s marketing strategy
• Clear vision and support from the design lead
• Flexible schedule & opportunity to work remotely or workspace in Kyiv (kooperativ.cc)
