You will be part of the IT support team during the construction and operations readiness phase of a large-scale project. The role involves supporting site-based activities and coordinating IT needs in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT Service Desk support for end users.
- Support IT operations during the construction and operations readiness phases.
- Work on site, coordinate with contractors/workers, ensure smooth IT-related operations (valid VCA-VOL certificate and driver’s license B required).
- Install, configure, and inspect IT and Telecom equipment (Cisco, Dell, etc.).
- Manage end-user devices (laptops, phones, printers, etc.).
- Take ownership of incidents, troubleshoot and liaise with regional IT functions for escalation when required.
- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document interventions and follow IT processes.

Windows 11
- O365 (Microsoft 365 suite)
Active Directory
Cisco (Networking)
Dell Hardware
- IT Ticketing System (experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar is a plus)
- Junior IT profile with hands-on experience in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a construction site context.
- VCA-VOL certification required (our prepared to get it).
- Driver’s license B mandatory.
- Proactive, structured, and communicative.
- Languages: English mandatory, Dutch is a strong plus
