職務には次のような内容が含まれます。
· AWSのアカウントマネージャーやプリセールス、トレーニング、サポートチームと協業して、パートナーやお客様がAWSのサービスを活用していくことを支援します
· お客様が効果的にAWSを活用いただくためにAWSの営業チーム、エンジニアリングチーム、サポートチームと協力して、お客様やパートナーのニーズを収集し、パートナーやお客様先に対して技術的支援を提供します
· これはプリセールスでの訪問への同行、お客様のニーズを理解、パッケージ化されたオファリングの提案と提供、カスタマイズされたソリューションの提供などが含まれます
· AWSサービスを使ってプライベートクラウドとパブリッククラウドにまたがった新しい分散コンピューティングソリューションの実現を支援し、プロジェクトを遂行します
