Director, Middle East Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a clear vision and mission for the Middle East sales team to ensure all members of the organization understand their role, objectives and priorities.
- Provide the necessary leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the Middle East sales strategy is aligned with business direction and supports the accomplishment of the overall company objectives.
- Establish deep strategic engagements with local Sovereign AI/Cloud initiatives by building a forum that includes both key internal stakeholders and external partners, enabling Micron to become a trusted partner in the execution of these initiatives.
- This position will ensure and facilitate revenue growth through direct contact with customers and prospects and field teams.
- Accountable for meeting revenue targets and a member of the EMEA Sales Leadership team executing critical initiatives across the EMEA Region.
- Exhibiting and promoting Micron’s core values of People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration and Customer Focus.
- Lead a regional high-performing team of sales leaders and team members and ensure they have clarity of purpose and ownership.
- Align corporate strategy to effectively achieve Middle East sales revenue targets. This requires a thorough understanding of the strategic direction and a strong ability to influence individual business units to ensure the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Ensure a great customer/partner experience and own the business and strategy.
- This role will require high energy and the ability to multitask, as well as communicate and execute exceedingly well.
- This position requires regular travel within the region, with approximately 40% of the time spent visiting Micron customers and partners to strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes.
- In addition, the position will be based initially in any European Micron location for a period of 12 to 18 months. Following this initial assignment, relocation to the Middle East will be required to fully immerse in the region and drive long-term success on the ground.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Established skill in formulating and deploying strategic sales initiatives.
- Experience with business practices and cultural norms in the Middle East.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA), a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the technology or semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
