BI BAU JR Analyst

Job Description

• Monitoring BAU reports and automated processes
• Maintaining regular client reports (refreshing data, checking or adding comments, implementing changes, addressing technical issues, managing the delivery calendar and the deliveries)
• Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, flagging data quality issues
• Delivering quick turn requests - Suggesting and implementing ways of improving/automating existing deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• 0-1 years in related fields
• Key Skills:
• Basic understanding of the customer environment
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and digitally savvy
• Is a plus if you previosly worked with Discover
• Ms. Excel (Intermediate)
• Ms. PowerPoint (Basic)
• Problem Solving (Basic)
• Analytical skills (Basic)
• Communications (Basic)
