Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Designer, Mask Design Engineering specializing in Memory Technology to join our innovative team in Seoul, South Korea. In this senior-level role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge mask designs for advanced memory technologies, driving our company's position at the forefront of the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Layout (mask design) for Peripheral circuit for advanced memory technologies, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability
• DRC/LVS Verification 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from other sites
• Understand Geometrical design rules and Leaf / Module guidelines for mask design 
• Analyze and optimize mask designs to improve yield, performance, and cost-effectiveness
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation

Qualifications

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IC layout
• virtuoso layout editer
• Calibre DRC
• Synopsys LVS

Nice To Have

• English skills
• Knowledge of Layout automation
• Experienced management or leading
