Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee multiple project teams and ensure the seamless execution of assignments. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to drive efficiency, uphold quality standards, and align project outcomes with client expectations.
This role serves as the vital link between associates and project managers—empowering teams, resolving challenges, and fostering operational excellence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Project Oversight: Lead and manage several project teams simultaneously, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide Project Team Leads and associates to build strong, high-performing teams.
Project Coordination: Partner with project managers and clients to align resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control frameworks to guarantee consistency and accuracy in all outputs.
Performance Management: Set and track KPIs, provide feedback, and ensure accountability at all levels.
Resource Planning: Strategically allocate and balance resources for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Issue Resolution: Manage escalations effectively, ensuring harmony, collaboration, and focus within teams.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear reports and dashboards on performance, quality, and project status to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Champion process improvements, share best practices, and introduce innovative ways of working.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong understanding of machine learning workflows (data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in supervising or coordinating technical project teams, preferably in data science, AI, or technology-driven environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple machine learning or data-intensive projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management tools
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with experience guiding technical and non-technical teams.
