As A Communications Partner, You Will Be Part Of The Nftp Business Change Management (Bcm) Team, Playing A Pivotal Role In Shaping And Delivering Impactful Communications That Drive Stakeholder Engagement, Change Adoption, And Successful Deployment Of Nftp Across Regions.

Note: This Is A Global Role That May Require Occasional Travel And Flexibility To Collaborate Across Multiple Time Zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop And Execute Communication Plans Aligned With Nftp Deployment Milestones, As Part Of The Company-Wide Transformation Of Finance And Tax Systems

• Create Compelling Content For Internal Stakeholders, Ensuring Consistency In Messaging And Branding

• Collaborate Closely With Release And Bcm Teams To Synchronize Communication Efforts

• Manage And Update Content On Sharepoint And Other Relevant Internal Channels

• Support The Planning And Delivery Of Communication Campaigns Tailored To Regional Needs

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, Ideally Within Transformation Or Change Programs

• Strong Content Creation Skills Across Formats (E.G., Presentations, Newsletters, Videos, Infographics)

• Familiarity With Corporate Design Guidelines And Ability To Produce Media Assets Accordingly

• Experience Working In Global, Remote Teams And Managing Cross-Cultural Communication

• Familiarity With Creative, Collaboration, And Engagement Tools Such As Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Menti, And Sharepoint Is A Plus.

• Knowledge Of Design Thinking Concepts Is A Plus

• High Degree Of Initiative, Creativity, And Ownership

• Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

• Strong Stakeholder Management And Interpersonal Skills

• Resilience And Adaptability In A Fast-Paced, Evolving Environment

• Flexibility To Work Across Time Zones And Support Global Teams
