Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to the following areas :
Reporting:
Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC.
Ability to design complex reports and dashboards.
Proficiency with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
General Technical Skills:
Proficiency in querying and manipulating data within Oracle databases using SQL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on technical experience in Finance, SCM, PPM modules
Solid understanding of the broader Oracle modules to ensure effective integration and support.
Additionally, expertise in the following skills will be advantageous
- Understanding of Oracle HCM modules and Fast Formulas, HCM extracts.
- General reporting on HCM domain by fetching data from HCM tables.
- Data Management: Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes to support reporting and analytics requirements
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & Visual Builder Studio (Redwood pages)
Application Integration Specialist with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP integrations (inbound/outbound). Skilled in Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Premise to Cloud integrations across Financials, HCM, and SCM modules, including event-driven workflows.
Expert in designing and troubleshooting OIC integrations, building PaaS extensions, and handling bulk data flows using FBDI files. Proficient in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Autonomous Database.
Hands-on experience with Visual Builder (VBCS) for customizing Redwood pages, and developing responsive web/mobile apps. Strong in error handling, SaaS customization, and technologies like JSON, XML, OAuth, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
The Managed Services Associates play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. By effectively helping clients leverage the best out of their ERP systems, the Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. This role requires strong skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service experiences and exceed client expectations.
The successful candidate should also have -
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle support services or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
