Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Support to drive the review and enhancements of the Bank’s enterprise risk, climate risk and new product governance framework.
• Support the compilation of risk management information and reports to internal and external bodies such as head office, credit rating agencies, investors, external auditors and regulators, etc.
• Support the secretarial matters for committees including the Credit & Risk Management Committee, and New Product Committees.
• Assist to collect and consolidate information for the Risk Management Group (RMG) on regular basis or upon request, such as Balanced Scorecard, unit-specific risk indicators of RMG, etc.
• Support in maintenance of inventory of the risk policies, records of communication with head office, policies / guidelines issued, and mapping against the Bank’s corresponding and related risk policies and documents.
• Provide any other administrative support to Head of Enterprise and Operational Risk Management and the team, including meeting and schedule arrangement and other support as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or Risk Management or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, with hands-on coordination experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
• Good PC skills.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Chinese report writing skills would definitely be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
