Director, Relationship Management Specialist, Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions
As a Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and helping to drive net new sales in Fidelity’s Portfolio Solutions products and services across enterprise home office, TAMP, FinTech and Platform relationships. You will be a subject matter expert on all Model Portfolio and SMA products along with Fidelity’s investment thought leadership. You will work with existing TAMP/FinTech partners to grow our relationships as well as work with new relationships to broaden our model and SMA distribution. You will be a key contributor to the broader TAMP/FinTech landscape and strategy, including updates to key business partners. You will have the support of an experienced team, where an inclusive and motivating culture is critical.
The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- Enterprise/Platform/FinTech/TAMP technology landscape knowledge
- 5 -10 years investment related experience (either sales, relationship management, or product management)
- Able to interact well with both external clients (advisors, shareholders, due diligence analysts, etc.) as well as internal clients (investment management, distribution, product management and senior management constituents, etc.)
- Serve as a voice of the client for ongoing product development and execution
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required; Series 65 preferred
- Expertise and knowledge of the managed account marketplace
- You build and maintain relationships as you work collaboratively across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach
- Outstanding communication, decision making and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to stay organized, be resourceful, and prioritize ongoing sales opportunities
- Demonstrate Independent decision making
- Strong experience in the Microsoft Office Suite

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
