HOW AN INTELLIGENCE ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Intelligence Analyst provides support in the field of geospatial intelligence analysis, recommends software advancements, performs critical software and hardware functional testing, and supports innovation activities to ensure analytical workflows are improved or enhanced.
- Support PM IS&A GEOINT Team, which is responsible for the development, fielding and sustainment of next generation GEOINT and targeting intelligence systems.
- Assist program engineering staff with designing, testing and implementing integrated analytic production tools, while coordinating workflow with project personnel.
- Support developmental feedback loop.
- Act as a data collector by providing feedback and soldier data points on software design and user feedback on current and future tools and systems.
- Perform software functional testing and support technical exchanges utilizing army workflows; correct or modify if required.
- Develop and provide key GEOINT data sets that support product development and testing.
- Supports engineering team workflow development aligned with the MOS 35G Individual Critical Task Lists for Soldier Touch Points.
- Acts as a liaison among PM IS&A GEOINT team, vendors, and the IC.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related experience in data security administration.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- US Citizenship Required
Desired Skills
- Experience and understanding of Army Intelligence Support to Targeting.
- Experience using certified targeting applications such as DIEE or SOCET GXP CGS.
- Familiar with cross cueing from RF intelligence.
- Practical work experience exploiting National Technical Means (NTM) imagery.
- Familiarity with NTM GEOINT tasking and collections requirements mechanisms and tools.
- Familiarity with employment, acquisition, and development of GEOINT collection, processing exploitation and dissemination systems.
- Practical work experience using Army Tactical Intelligence Ground Station (TGS)
- Practical work experience using the GEOINT Intelligence Workstation (GWS).
- Knowledge of unmanned Aerial Systems.
- Knowledge of imagery formats.
- Target Coordinate Mensuration/Target Mensuration Only (TMO) experience (certified desired, but not required).
- Familiar with Army analysis and production workflow processes.
- Experienced with Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI) data and analysis.
- Experience with DOT Matrix or MOVINT Client, Maven, Automated Target Recognition, AIDP, Orchestration Services, iSpy, Thresher, etc.
- Understanding of Structure Observation Management (SOM) and Object Based Production.
Location: Customer Site (Fort Belvoir, VA)
The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
