Rehab Resources is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide school-based pediatric therapy services in Brookfield, WI. This role offers up to 20 hours per week and is perfect for a therapist who is passionate about working with children in educational settings and values flexibility in their schedule.

As a school-based OTR, you will support students in achieving their developmental, sensory, and functional goals—empowering them to succeed both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to provide individualized support in a collaborative, team-based environment.

What You'll Do:
You’ll provide occupational therapy assessments, create and carry out treatment plans aligned with IEPs, and consult with school teams and families to ensure each child receives the care and support they need. Your role will focus on functional, goal-driven therapy that supports participation and success in school routines.

What You Bring:

• A current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license
• Experience or interest in school-based pediatric therapy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• A flexible, team-oriented approach and a heart for working with children

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
