Key Responsibilities
End User Services Leadership
- Serve as a global ambassador for End User Services within the Thailand site—owning the local user experience and ensuring consistency with enterprise standards.
- Implement and oversee ITIL-aligned processes (incident, change, problem, asset management) with an emphasis on continuous improvement and automation.
- Collaborate across IT towers to drive adoption of self-service tools, automation, and global support models that elevate the employee experience.
- Lead local implementation of end user technology solutions, security enhancements, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management systems.
- Monitor service performance and user satisfaction, acting on feedback to refine support models and delivery quality.
Site Engagement and Operational Collaboration
- Complement and enhance overall IT support and leadership at the site.
- Act as a liaison between global End User Services leadership and site stakeholders, helping to align global strategy with site-specific needs.
- Support manufacturing and engineering operations through reliable, efficient delivery of end user technologies and services.
- Participate in digital transformation, infrastructure improvement, and cybersecurity efforts in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Team & Project Leadership
- Lead and mentor local EUS personnel and contractors; contribute to a high-performance, customer-first IT culture.
- Manage local projects and collaborate on regional/global initiatives impacting the end user environment.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination related to End User Services activities at the site.
- Participate in strategic planning, road mapping, and KPI tracking with the global End User Services team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with a strong background in End User Services and customer-facing IT roles.
- Demonstrated success implementing and managing ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience working in or supporting a high-paced manufacturing or operations environment.
- Familiarity with endpoint security, device lifecycle management, desktop engineering, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills; able to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English
