Project Management

Implement projects independently with little assistance of supervisor, lead Technology Operation team projects, provide technical direction to ensure agile completion of projects, and support in evaluating and implementing technologies and systems that improve the availability, cost effectiveness, scalability, and stability of ReSource Pro’s Technology infrastructure.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

Review escalated Technology Operation tickets and process with troubleshooting. Follow procedures to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Technology System (includes Server and Network) related hardware, system, and application issues. Escalate unresolved issues to Supervisor.

System Performance

Monitor and review system and application logs, perform daily systems monitoring and Operational Tasks to pro-actively discover, resolve, and escalate issues

Policies & Procedures

Follow IT policies and procedures and provide recommendations to improve Technology Operation policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with overall IT, Information Security, and business standards. Develop procedures to respond to Technology operation issues, incidents, and BCP events.

People Management & Knowledge Management

With supervisor’s support, coach and retain a high performing IT Operations Team (Network and Server) by providing effective leadership, recruiting, coaching, and performance evaluation to team members. Identify, develop, and mentor team members on career paths within Technology Team; Identify staff training requirements and recommend development opportunities to improve staff development and technical expertise that would meet the future demands of the business. Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process.

Capacity Planning & Security

Analyze future needs for Technology infrastructure growth of capacities and propose solutions to potential problems. Evaluate and enhance system security by improving or addressing system vulnerabilities. Work with Security team to maintain the security management framework, like SSAE and ISO standards.
