Job Description
We are looking for an analytical person who loves to work with data and has the ability to create and share insights from the data. Come and join our team, not only will you own demand plans for a portion of our amazing LEGO® portfolio, but you will also actively support the whole team by driving efficiency and accuracy of our demand planning processes!
This position is offered on a fixed term contract basis, ending 31st August 2026

Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the short-term SKU level demand plan for LEGO Nordics using our planning tool, LEGO Metis
- Build the most accurate demand and consumer sales plan based on strong insights and assumptions, working in partnership with our Brand Marketing team.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends reacting to the latest trends in the retail market to establish the best possible demand plan for the assigned themes and products.
- Partner closely with the wider business unit Operations team as well as regional supply chain colleagues to ensure the optimal product flow in line with demand plans.
- Maintain and update local demand planning tools with the aim of creating efficiencies in our processes and planning tools.
- Proactively collaborate in regional communities and projects to ensure a high level of standardization in our global and regional demand planning processes.

The Nordic Operations team supports the wider Nordic Sales organization by planning and driving the flow of goods to our customers within the Nordic region. The Demand Planner role plays a significant part in developing and submitting our monthly demand planning signal to the global supply chain, bringing together local Sales, Marketing and Operations input.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Financial Planning capacity with a focus on data and reporting.
- Exposure to roles within or related to Retail and Consumer Goods covering data analytical tasks.
- A proven record of collaboration with partners across functions and geographies with a curious approach to solving business needs.
- Strong analytical, data management and critical thinking skills.
- Effective and confident collaborative skills to build sustainable business relationships
- Professional proficiency in English written and spoken to help build those relationships is essential.
- Strong MS Excel (Macros/VBA programming) and Power BI skills – ability to build dashboards (using Power BI is a big plus).
- Knowledge and prior use of SAP and Business Warehouse related platforms preferred.
- Ability to work 3 days per week in the Nordic BU office (Billund)
