Job Description
We are looking for a data savvy and analytical individual who loves to collaborate with people and bring commercial insights from a variety of consumer goods data. Come and join our team, not only will you be a key player in delivering LEGO® products into Nordic retailers, but you will also actively support the whole Nordic team by driving efficiency and accuracy of our customer and demand planning processes!
This position is offered on a fixed term contract basis, ending 31st December 2026

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Key Account Management and Customer teams to review launch and promotional volume estimates, customer product mix and account flows according to trend analyses and account objectives.
- Consolidate, analyze, and recommend changes to volume estimates across the Nordic market for key trading periods.
- Analyze customer performance data to find opportunities for improvement in customer-level planning and execution
- Drive the inventory management agenda across the business unit to optimize consumer sales opportunities while balancing healthy retail inventory levels.
- Secure strong in-stock availability with a weekly focus on performance and corrective actions in close collaboration with the Nordics commercial team.
- Prepare analyses and results for monthly S&OP cycle in partnering with the S&OP Manager and the Demand Planning team whilst supporting with the planning of allocated themes and SKUs in our Demand Planning tool, LEGO Metis

The Nordic Operations team supports the wider Nordic Sales organization by planning and driving our products to our retail partners within the Nordic region. The Customer Planning Manager role plays a significant part in optimizing the flow of goods and inventory by establishing transparency in inventory data, providing clear insights on customer plans, and optimizing sales and inventory opportunities with those external partners.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in a Retail or FMCG environment.
- In-depth experience with Customer Operations, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management with a focus on data and reporting
- In-depth analytical and data management problem-solving skills
- Proven record of collaboration with internal and external partners across functions and geographies presenting data-driven storylines that help drive long term business relationships
- A curious and collaborative approach with strong analytical, data management and critical thinking skills.
- Professional proficiency in English written and spoken to help build those relationships is essential.
- A strong proven understanding of MS Excel, prior use of SAP and Business Warehouse related platforms preferred (knowledge of Power BI is a big plus).
- Ability to work 3 days per week in the Nordic BU office (Billund)
