Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor is a primary organizer, monitor and overseer of therapeutic functions, clinical care and services provided by the counselors within their program. The clinical supervisor manages a team of 6-8 clinicians in a multidisciplinary facility licensed for ASAM 3.7WM and 3.5 Treatment Services. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that clinical staff are appropriately interviewed, hired, credentialed, on-boarded, oriented, trained, and supervised. This position also provides administrative supervision in the procurement of clinical documentation in the treatment of addiction. This position supports the clinical staff in providing clinically appropriate evidenced-based treatment to individuals in treatment. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that the program is always ready for routine and emergent reviews by federal, state, and local licensing and credentialing regulatory agencies.

A Masters Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing or other DDAP approved field of study, and five (5) years documented clinical experience in the substance abuse treatment field.

Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment

Experience in an administrative/clerical capacity required

Experience in a mental health setting preferred
