About The Role:

We are seeking a warm and organised Clinic Concierge or Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Loganholme Hyperdome. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating client appointments, greeting patients, scheduling, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service. The Concierge will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive patient experience and store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and reporting beneficial
• Ability to multitask and manage communications across a range of mediums at once (phone, email, Slack, in person)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google suite
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (Halaxy) preferred
